Control Techniques have extended their Unimotor-FM servo motor range up to a massive 136 Nm.
The extension is based on a 250mm frame size, encompassing three models with 92, 116 and 136 Nm continuous stall torque and nearly doubles the available power rating of the existing FM range.
Using in house developed computer aided motor design software
Control Techniques has produced a high torque, low cogging motor
ideal for smooth low-speed performance, the 250 frame models all
feature a high peak torque (408Nm for the biggest), giving
potential cost benefits over other servo-motors.
